My first day at work on my own - well it was so fortunate that James came in too. Bosses had me in to speak about counterpart and told me that she was very disgruntled with job but it was unfair that she had made things so difficult in the office for me to come in to. So I felt a bit better. However she is in tomorrow and understand the big boss is coming to speak to her tomorrow. Hope she doesn't think that I have anything to do with it !! I shouldn't have to feel this way. Can be a very busy job when you are on your own, but generally I can see me sitting twiddling my thumbs when two of us are in all week - I'll just have to speak to boss and find things to do.
AND tomorrow sees the start of my reflexology treatments again too - 4 nights each week - 2 - 3 treatments on a Friday - I don't want to lose these customers as they're all so lovely - but I don't know if I can do 4 days at work and 6 treatments per week as well as running the house and walking dog, shopping, cooking, cleaning etc etc.
I thought life got easier as you got older.
