Yesterday I had an email from a good friend/customer of mine, sending me a guardian angel and a statement that 24 hours on something good will happen/come about - AS we are still waiting on that couple and a decision as to whether they;'d like to buy this house (although they're unhappy about the parking) I assumed that my GOOD would be in the form of them buying the house - and notifying us at 11.09 of said 'wish to buy' - WELL IT DIDN'T HAPPEN. Ah well. Just hope we get some more viewings very soon and someone wants to buy my beautiful house. ALTHOUGH the mortgage has come down again today so hopefully we'll be able to stay that little bit longer anyway.
