well, infact it's today now as it's late or shoud that be early!
2 pm on Thursday, have loads of housework to do, but don;'t mind IF it's a serious buyer, and apparently (but we shall see huh) she or they?? - are cash purchasers? AND are keen to look at our house. It'd be nice to sell to the first person to see the house, but I'm not holding my breath. FINGERS CROSSED THOUGH, it would be marvellous to sell now, we both have new jobs and money coming in (after such a very very long time without) and sell the house, is that too much to dream for? Gordon Bloody Brown has finally declared a recession ! I think we could all have told him that !
